Artwork Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting independent art. Because original artwork and limited-edition prints require specialized handling, our return policy differs slightly from standard retail. Please review our guidelines below.

1. Return Window

  • Original Artwork: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Limited Edition Prints: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Custom Commissioned Art: All sales are final. Commissioned pieces cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Condition of Returned Art

To be eligible for a full refund, the artwork must:

  • Be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
  • Be packed in its original packaging materials (or equivalent professional art packaging).
  • Include all original documentation, certificates of authenticity, and artist signatures.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, insurance, and tracking. Art must be shipped via a tracked and insured courier method.
  • Damaged in Transit: If the artwork arrives damaged, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a full refund or replacement.

4. Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork immediately.
  2. Email our support team through the “Contact Us” page here within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Keep all packaging materials until your claim is processed.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Initial shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
