Thank you for supporting independent art. Because original artwork and limited-edition prints require specialized handling, our return policy differs slightly from standard retail. Please review our guidelines below.
1. Return Window
- Original Artwork: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Limited Edition Prints: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Custom Commissioned Art: All sales are final. Commissioned pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Condition of Returned Art
To be eligible for a full refund, the artwork must:
- Be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
- Be packed in its original packaging materials (or equivalent professional art packaging).
- Include all original documentation, certificates of authenticity, and artist signatures.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, insurance, and tracking. Art must be shipped via a tracked and insured courier method.
- Damaged in Transit: If the artwork arrives damaged, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a full refund or replacement.
4. Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork immediately.
- Email our support team through the “Contact Us” page here within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep all packaging materials until your claim is processed.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
- Initial shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
