Original Artwork and Prints:
We use a domestic courier partner to deliver your artwork. Depending on the size, as well as the destination in South Africa, we will use different companies. Once you place your order, we will contact you with the tracking details, as well as an estimated delivery date.
Art Mail Club – Pudo Delivery
South African subscriptions are delivered through Pudo locker delivery*.
Pudo delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch and is used in place of the South African postal system to provide a more reliable local delivery experience.
Tracking and collection information will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched.
*Please add your chosen Pudo Locker location on the Subscription page.
International —
Original artwork and prints:
The delivery depends on your destination country, please select your country on the check out page. If your country is not listed, please contact us and so that we can arrange delivery, as well as work out the best option for you.
Art Mail Club – Snail Mail:
Our international art mail is delivered by the South African Postal System. This is available anywhere in the world with a working postal system. If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact us so we can unlock your country, if it is possible.
International letters from South Africa may take up to 10 weeks to arrive depending on destination country and customs processing.
Tracking information is sometimes available, but updates cannot always be guaranteed once mail leaves South Africa.
