How to Subscribe

Joining The Quiet Club is simple.

Billing & Subscription Information:

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date that you originally subscribed.

For example:

– If you subscribe on 31 May, you will receive the June Art Mail, which is posted between 1–4 June.
– If you subscribe on 1 June, your first package will be the July Art Mail, as June’s mail-out period has already begun.

Please note that subscriptions must be cancelled before the 20th of the month to avoid being charged for and receiving the following month’s Art Mail.

As Art Mail is prepared and packed in advance, cancellations made after the 20th will apply to the next billing cycle.

Each collection is prepared in small batches, so spaces may occasionally be limited.

Delivery Options:

South Africa — Pudo Delivery
South African subscriptions are delivered through Pudo locker delivery*.
Pudo delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch and is used in place of the South African postal system to provide a more reliable local delivery experience.
Tracking and collection information will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched.
*Please add your chosen Pudo Locker location on the subscription page.

International — Snail Mail:
Our international art mail is delivered by the South African Postal System. This is available anywhere in the world with a working postal system. If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact us so we can unlock your country, if it is possible.

International letters from South Africa may take up to 10 weeks to arrive depending on destination country and customs processing.

Tracking information is sometimes available, but updates cannot always be guaranteed once mail leaves South Africa.
Please note that international shipping is not insured.

What is the Quiet Club?

The Quiet Club Art Mail is a slow and thoughtful art subscription created for people who long for softness in a loud world.

Each month, members receive a carefully curated piece of mail filled with a letter, original artwork prints, poetry, recipe cards, reflections, stickers and seasonal extras inspired by quiet living and the beauty of ordinary moments. It is designed to feel less like a package and more like a letter arriving gently at your door.

The club began from a desire to create art that could be held — something tactile, meaningful, and unhurried in a time where so much disappears into screens. Every collection is built around themes of stillness, light, change, memory, nature, and the small moments we often move past too quickly.

At its heart, The Quiet Club is about slowing down.
About noticing the way morning light falls across a room. The calm feeling of water. Birds passing overhead. A warm drink in silence. The comfort of familiar things. The pause between busy moments.

Many of the artworks are inspired by soft coastal landscapes, open skies, quiet interiors, gentle movement, and the feeling of calm that exists in everyday life when we allow ourselves to notice it.

The Quiet Club is not about perfection or productivity. It is about creating small rituals of pause — moments that help you reconnect with yourself, your surroundings, and the quieter side of life.

Whether you collect the mail for art, inspiration, comfort, or simply the joy of receiving something meaningful, The Quiet Club invites you into a softer rhythm — one letter at a time.
